In today’s article, I decided to share with you my favorite winter staples that we will all need in our closets this year. Believe me, when the temperature drops the first thing we want to do is feel warm. In this compilation I have put together my favorite essentials that are sure to warm you up on cold days and nights. The big plus of these staples is the stylish appearance that enhances your outfit by making you look awesome in style. All the designs presented are functional and ideal for wearing in the months of the cold season. All you need is to be creative and strategically combine your basics to create wonderful outfits that will make a splash on the streets. Anyway, keep scrolling your mouse down to see my list of winter must-haves.
The first piece that came to mind is a winter hat. There are lots of great designs to buy this year, from hats and trapper hats to wide brimmed fedoras, bowler hats and sailor hats. Personally, I recommend keeping your ears in a warm hat. If you’re going to a formal event, you probably need something more elegant than a casual hat. Another great accessory that will keep your neck warm is the winter scarf. There are many styles to choose from as you can go for a sleek version that will show off your individuality or keep things cool and boho inspired by chunky knitwear and a large knitted scarf. There are great color options as you can try on a solid color version that goes ideally with your dress and tailored coat, or keep things fun and bright by wearing a colorful design. If you don’t want your hands to feel the cold wind, you need functional winter gloves. You can either choose knitted gloves or keep things classy and refined by wearing leather gloves. I like to see girls who appear in the street wearing angular leather gloves and decorated with metal rivets. The next important element that I wanted to mention is shoes. It is very important to buy the ones that will snuggle your feet. Choose the ones that are lined with sheepskin or some other fur. Choose between ankle boots, knee-high and thigh-high boots. My favorites are Uggs boots that look casual but are extremely warm. Anyway, let’s talk about clothes. How about if you get nervous with leather pants? You can choose either a tailored leather pants or a thin, leggings-like version. The skin-tight version is ideal for layered looks. Speaking of tops, you should get a knitted sweater, turtleneck sweater and poncho that can be worn with your typical winter outfits. I love to see ladies who appear on the street with turtlenecks because they give you warmth and serve like scarves and protect your neck from cold winds. If you want to wear a skirt, make it thick knitwear. The knitted skirts look feminine and cold-weather friendly. The last thing I wanted to mention is a coat. This is a must have for your winter wardrobe. Of course, you can choose either classic styles of fur, wool, or leather, but there are great coats and great military-inspired parkas available.
